If you are looking for a therapist who creates a safe & calm environment where you feel heard, valued, & understood, I’m your gal! I use empathic listening to guide my clients towards meaningful insights and solutions, regardless of their background, beliefs, or current circumstances. I take a holistic approach addressing mind, body, & spirit to promote both healing & hope. I’m here to sit with you in the hardest of life’s moments.

My approach to therapy is holistic and I like to integrate several perspectives including CBT, DBT, Psychodynamic, and the mind-body connection.
