About

Ryan Smith

Clinical Social Worker

If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of your next step, you don’t have to figure it out alone. I am a dedicated and compassionate therapist who helps individuals, couples, and families move from frustration and stress to clarity and confidence. Whether you’re navigating ADHD, anxiety, trauma, or depression, I provide personalized, results-focused support designed to create real, lasting change.

I bring advanced training and certifications to every session, specializing in ADHD treatment—helping clients not just manage symptoms, but learn how to turn them into a strength. My expertise also includes anxiety treatment, trauma-informed care, and depression management. I am deeply committed to marriage and relationship support, helping couples strengthen communication, rebuild trust, resolve conflict, and reconnect emotionally.

I believe therapy works best when it’s collaborative, strengths-based, and tailored to you. My approach integrates powerful, research-backed methods to ensure every treatment plan is customized to meet your unique goals—because no two people or families are the same. With a straightforward, empathetic style, I create a safe space to tackle challenges, gain clarity, and build practical tools to cope, grow, and thrive.

I earned my Master’s degree in Social Work from Cal State, Northridge, and have built extensive experience across diverse clinical settings. I stay on top of the latest research and therapeutic strategies to deliver practical, results-driven support that helps my clients move forward and achieve greater fulfillment.

I am a family man with five grown children and three grandchildren (with one more on the way!). Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy sports—especially baseball—and spending time outdoors, particularly on the golf course. I believe real change is possible for everyone, and I’d be honored to guide you toward your next chapter of well-being.
