About

Jamie Daybell

Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Jamie is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been helping children, teens, adults, and families navigate life’s challenges since graduating with her MSW from the University of Utah in 2005. She has a special passion for supporting individuals and families through divorce, family transitions, trauma, relationship challenges, identity changes, and emotional regulation.

Jamie believes therapy should be a place where people can show up as they are, feel genuinely understood, and gain practical tools to help them move forward. Her style is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative. She draws from evidence-based approaches including DBT, EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), CBT, and mindfulness, tailoring treatment to the unique needs of each person and family.

Jamie especially enjoys helping people navigate the places where life doesn’t look quite like they expected it to. Whether someone is healing from the past, adjusting to a major change, strengthening relationships, or rediscovering who they are and what they want moving forward, she loves helping clients create meaningful and lasting change.

When she’s not working, Jamie loves making memories with her son and appreciating the fun in everyday life. She enjoys traveling, musical theater and live music, trying new restaurants and experiences, relaxing by the pool, and spending time with her dog and cat. She values a good balance of adventure, connection, and downtime—and is usually up for trying something new.
