Kendra Johnson

Associate Marriage & Family Therapist

My favorite thing about butterflies is that they remind me of change. Just like a caterpillar undergoes a metamorphosis, everyone has the potential to grow into the very best version of themself, but sometimes life gets complicated. Somewhere in the middle, people lose the thread of who they are and what they actually want. Relationships drift, old wounds resurface, and the version of yourself you were hoping to become starts to feel further away than it used to. Therapy with me is a space where we slow down together, figure out what’s stuck, and work together to heal what’s hurt using an individualized approach.

I specialize in couples work, including couples navigating the unique dynamics that come with ADHD and ASD. I also work with individuals navigating trauma using ART. My work is influenced by IFS and EFT, models designed to create lasting change, and I incorporate creative art into therapy. Together, we will go beyond insight to create real, lasting shifts.

I want you to know that I realize what a privilege it is to travel on this growth journey with you, and I do not take your story lightly. It is an honor to work with you, and I am currently accepting new clients. Contact me if you feel like we might be a good fit; I look forward to getting to know you!
