About

Saige Blake

Intern Clinical Social Worker

I work with children and adolescents experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, confidence challenges, behavioral concerns, and life transitions. I also support student athletes facing performance anxiety, pressure, burnout, or identity struggles. Younger children are supported through play therapy to help with emotional expression and regulation. I provide a supportive space where kids and teens feel understood, and together we build coping skills, confidence, and emotional regulation.

My work is relationship-focused and built on trust and collaboration. I use CBT to help clients understand thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while building coping skills for anxiety, depression, stress, and performance challenges. I also use play therapy for children and support student athletes with confidence, pressure, and resilience.

Starting therapy can feel like a big step for kids and teens. I aim to create a safe, supportive space where they feel understood. Whether it’s anxiety, behavior concerns, or performance pressure, I’m here to help you or your child build confidence and move forward.
