About

Chelise Sawyer

Clinical Social Worker

I believe meaningful change begins when people feel safe, understood, and supported. My own journey of self-discovery and healing informs the way I work with clients, guiding me to approach each person’s story with humility, compassion, and deep respect. I understand that seeking help can feel intimidating or overwhelming, especially when facing deeply personal or painful concerns. Because of this, I am intentional about creating a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where clients can move at their own pace and feel supported from the very first session.
I help individuals, couples, and families break unhelpful patterns, heal past wounds, and build stronger, more connected relationships. I work with anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, self-harm, and relationship challenges, including emotional and sexual intimacy, focusing on insight, coping skills, and lasting change aligned with your values.
Being invited into someone’s story is an incredible privilege. I approach this work with care and intention, with the hope of helping you strengthen your relationship with yourself and others as you move forward with greater clarity, resilience, and self-compassion.
