About

Camille Waddingham

Pre-Licensed Professional

I enjoy working with individuals in all stages of life who may be navigating a difficult season or simply feeling like they need some support. I am especially interested in anxiety, depression, trauma, divorce, grief and loss, difficult relationships, and the effects of emotional or narcissistic abuse. I have a particular passion for working with adults, children and teens and serving smaller communities where mental health resources may be limited. You don’t have to have everything figured out to begin. Sometimes knowing you don’t want to keep feeling the way you do is enough to start.

Therapy is not about changing who you are. It is about having a place to understand yourself, work through what you’ve experienced, and find what helps you move forward. We will start where you are and work together to find approaches that feel meaningful, practical, and right for you.

As a Clinical Mental Health Counseling intern, I work with children, teens, and individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, divorce, grief, loss, and difficult relationships. I especially enjoy working with children and hope to incorporate play therapy, creative activities, and practical tools to help each person find what works for them.
