Kelli works with teens and adults facing stress, anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and life transitions. She has a special passion for supporting active-duty military members, veterans, and their families—a focus developed through 18+ years as a military spouse. Her clinical approach integrates evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), EMDR for PTSD, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Adlerian Therapy, and mindfulness techniques. She customizes treatment to meet the unique needs of each client, providing a safe, non-judgmental space for healing and growth.

Kelli believes that trust and a strong therapeutic connection are essential foundations for effective therapy. Using a direct yet compassionate approach, she partners with clients to set realistic, meaningful goals and celebrate progress along the way. Her commitment is to empower individuals to take an active role in their mental health journey.

Outside of her clinical work, Kelli is passionate about fostering resilience and personal growth. She understands the complexities of military life firsthand and brings a deep well of empathy and expertise to her work with military-affiliated clients. Kelli looks forward to walking alongside clients as they navigate challenges and move toward a healthier, more fulfilling life.
