You’ve been holding it together for a while—maybe for your partner, your kids, your coworkers—but inside, things feel heavy. Maybe you’re tired of the same arguments, worn out from anxiety, or stuck in patterns you can’t seem to change. You’re not alone, and you don’t have to figure it all out on your own. Whether you’re an individual feeling overwhelmed, a couple stuck in disconnection, or a family navigating stress, I’m here to help you feel seen, supported, and equipped with practical tools for lasting change.
As a compassionate Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, I provide therapy for individuals, couples, and families navigating a wide range of emotional and relational challenges. My approach is warm, collaborative, and rooted in evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and family systems work. Most importantly, I offer a space where your experience matters—where you’re not just a diagnosis or a list of symptoms, but a whole person with a story worth understanding.
I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Family Studies from Brigham Young University and went on to complete a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Southern Mississippi. During my time in Mississippi, I had the opportunity to work with a diverse population and a wide variety of presenting issues, which deepened my understanding of the unique challenges individuals and families face. I’m honored to listen to people’s stories, walk with them on their journey, and help them grow into the person they aspire to be.
I am passionate about promoting emotional wellness and supporting clients as they build the kinds of relationships they truly desire. Therapy is a courageous step, and I’d be honored to walk alongside you. If you’re ready for change—or even just curious about how therapy might help—I invite you to reach out. I offer a free 15-minute consultation to help you get started.
Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy traveling, exploring new places, watching or playing sports, and spending quality time with my family.
