About

Tina Brough

Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist

Life can be overwhelming—filled with challenges that at times can cause us to unravel. Whether you’re facing trauma, relationship struggles, anxiety, or other emotional stressors, know that you are not alone. There is hope, and healing is possible. As a trauma-informed therapist, I specialize in helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s most difficult moments. My goal is to bridge the gap between where you are and where you want to be—fostering resilience, growth, and emotional balance.

Our relationships and connections significantly impact our mental health. I work collaboratively with clients to address personal and relational challenges, including attachment wounds, anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and unresolved trauma. By strengthening emotional bonds and building on your existing strengths, we can create meaningful and lasting change. I use a systemic and integrative approach to therapy that includes EMDR, parts work, sand tray, and other evidence-based modalities tailored to your needs. Whether we are shifting long-standing patterns or working through recent crises, therapy is a space where transformation can begin.

I was raised in a military family as an Air Force “brat,” which gave me the opportunity to live around the world and experience diverse cultures and perspectives. After surviving multiple traumatic experiences myself and struggling to find answers, I felt a deep calling to become a Marriage and Family Therapist. That journey has shaped not only how I practice therapy but why I do it—with authenticity, compassion, and a commitment to walking alongside others in their healing.

I work with all ages and am passionate about supporting clients through trauma, PTSD, abuse, anxiety, depression, self-harm, suicidal ideation, addiction, family dynamics, life transitions, and crisis intervention. I believe every person has the potential to heal and thrive, and I am honored to help guide that process.

Are you ready to take the first step toward healing? Let’s begin that journey together.
