Stephanie works with individuals, couples, and families to address relationship and life challenges with care, compassion, and competence. She is a natural peacemaker with a strong ability to engage in conflict resolution, helping clients uncover hope and create a path toward lasting healing. Her clients appreciate her warm yet direct style, which fosters clarity, emotional safety, and meaningful progress in therapy. Stephanie uses validation and empathy to increase marital connection and to move couples toward improved satisfaction.
With a specialization in Medical Family Therapy, Stephanie uses evidence-based approaches to help clients navigate the emotional and psychological effects of chronic pain, illness, and other medical concerns. She is also a Certified Health Coach with training in nutritional psychology, which allows her to offer an integrated approach to well-being—addressing the mind, body, and relationships. Her work includes supporting clients with eating disorders and helping them find balance and self-compassion in their healing process. Additionally, Stephanie works well with older teens and young adults as they navigate self-worth, life stages, and emotional resilience.
Stephanie’s enthusiasm for helping others began over 20 years ago through her work as a tennis instructor, teaching students from ages 2 to 92. Now a mother of three and married to the love of her life, she enjoys the natural beauty and outdoor recreation Southern Utah offers.
“I see the potential of others and help them see that potential in themselves. I became a Marriage and Family Therapist to offer support to those yearning for peace and happiness. I am passionate about enhancing individual worth, relationships, and connections in life.”
