Sometimes it feels like troubles & struggles will never end. I walk alongside you as we work collaboratively to help you heal, bring balance, and create the life you want to live. If you are looking for a therapist who creates a safe & calm environment where you feel heard, valued, & understood, I’m your gal! I use empathic listening to guide my clients towards meaningful insights and solutions, regardless of their background, beliefs, or current circumstances. I take a holistic approach addressing mind, body, & spirit to promote both healing & hope. I’m here to sit with you in the hardest of life’s moments.

My approach to therapy is holistic and I like to integrate several perspectives including CBT, DBT, Psychodynamic, and the mind-body connection. I am certified in Pain Reprocessing Therapy, and trained in EMDR and CPT. I have experience working with depression, anxiety, bipolar, PTSD, domestic violence, suicidal ideation, pain, illness, & grief.

I focus on developing a strong therapeutic relationship in order to foster trust and your personal growth.
