Emilee Keawe Oldroyd is a dedicated therapist who works with individuals, couples, families, teens, and children navigating life’s challenges—whether large or small. She strives to create a warm, affirming space where clients feel empowered to explore their experiences, process difficult emotions, and write a story that aligns with their personal strengths and identity. Emilee believes that if something matters to you, it matters in therapy—and she meets each client with curiosity, compassion, and respect.
Emilee has experience supporting clients through anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, faith crises or transitions, couple and family conflict, and LGBTQIA+ concerns. She particularly enjoys working with teens and young adults, but welcomes clients of all ages and backgrounds. Drawing from a variety of therapeutic models, she tailors her approach to meet the specific needs of each client, always with connection and authenticity at the heart of the process.
With a Native Hawaiian background and roots in Austin, Texas, Emilee brings cultural sensitivity and inclusivity into her work, honoring the diverse experiences her clients bring into the therapy room. She has lived in Utah for several years and spent many summers in the St. George area, now happily calling it home. Her approach is systemic and relational—focused on deepening connection and helping clients build stronger, healthier relationships with themselves and others.
Outside of therapy, Emilee loves spontaneous adventures, the outdoors, and staying up to date with pop culture. She incorporates warmth, humor, and emotional presence into her sessions and is honored to walk alongside clients on their journey toward healing, resilience, and more meaningful living.
