Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist
Are you having difficulty creating the life you deserve? I can help you explore and overcome the obstacles that may be holding you back. My goal is to empower you to make the meaningful changes you’re seeking. Whether you’re facing challenges related to social issues, friendships, self-care, or building strong support systems, I’m here to help. Many people come to individual or couples counseling when they realize that navigating life’s ups and downs requires more support—and together, we will focus specifically on your experiences and work toward the life you envision.
I specialize in working with trauma, mood disorders, anxiety, self-esteem issues, domestic violence, and substance abuse. I also address a broad range of client concerns including relationship difficulties, communication challenges, parenting skills, sexual and gender identity, self-identity, adjusting to life transitions, and discovering a sense of purpose. I provide a supportive and affirming space for clients in the LGBTQ+ community and am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) as well as WPATH (World Professional Association for Transgender Health) guidelines to offer inclusive and evidence-based care.
I work with adolescents, adults, couples, and families using a variety of therapeutic approaches tailored to your needs and goals. Together, we will determine the treatment path that aligns best with your journey toward healing, growth, and reaching your full potential. I look forward to the opportunity to walk alongside you on your path to well-being.
Areas of interest include working with individuals, couples, and families; treating mood disorders; supporting the LGBTQ+ community; and providing EMDR for trauma.
