I’m a Marriage and Family Therapist with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Family Science from Utah Valley University and a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Capella University. I specialize in working with couples, teens, adults, and families navigating trauma, addiction, anxiety, depression, and relational challenges.
My therapeutic approach draws from a range of evidence-based modalities, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Solution-Focused Therapy. These tools allow me to meet each client where they are and guide them toward meaningful, lasting healing.
I believe the family is the most important social unit in society—and that the world was created for family. I’m deeply passionate about helping people reconnect, grow, and build stronger relationships. Above all, I’m a husband and a father, and those roles continually ground and inspire the work I do. It’s an honor to support others as they move forward with hope, purpose, and connection.
