I specialize in helping couples and families strengthen their relationships by improving communication, deepening emotional connections, clarifying boundaries, and working through conflict. Individuals within these relationships often feel isolated or unsupported, and my goal is to help them reconnect, rebuild trust, and create meaningful bonds. In addition to relational work, I support individuals navigating anxiety, ADHD, depression, suicidal ideation, or those simply seeking to improve their quality of life and sense of purpose.
Emotional pain, anxiety, and loneliness can erode confidence, damage relationships, and impact overall well-being. Whether you’re overwhelmed, feeling stuck, or facing distrust within a relationship, I can help you assess your challenges and move toward preferred solutions. What would you like to see improve in your life? In your relationships or family? If you’re ready to take that step, I would love to walk that journey with you. I genuinely care about people, and I’m passionate about helping others find connection, growth, and joy.
Several years ago, I discovered a love for building and remodeling homes. I found satisfaction in uncovering hidden value and transforming raw spaces into something meaningful. Over time, I realized this mirrored the deeper fulfillment I felt in helping others “build” and “remodel” their lives—uncovering their own worth, healing, and potential. I’m a people person by nature, always believing in the strength of individuals to overcome adversity and achieve their goals. Above all, I’m a husband and father. Nothing brings more joy and meaning to my life than growing, learning, and experiencing life alongside my family.
As a former college wrestler, I’ve come to believe that most success in life is won through mental resilience rather than physical strength. I carry this mindset into my work, offering support, encouragement, and unwavering presence through life’s challenges and transitions. I believe in dedication, hard work, and showing up consistently for the people I serve.
I grew up in Delta, Utah, and earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Colorado Mesa University. I completed my Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Northcentral University, a COAMFTE-accredited program. My professional experience spans working with at-risk adolescents experiencing anxiety and depression, as well as adults living with severe mental illness and addiction. I have a particular interest in couples therapy and in working with families navigating the adolescent years. I serve individuals across the lifespan and take great pride in helping others find deeper meaning, emotional clarity, and personal success.
