Levi Wadsworth
Associate Marriage & Family Therapist
I love to travel and see the world, but Southern Utah will always be home. I grew up in Hurricane and spent much of my time on the lakes, mountains, and sand dunes—places that shaped my appreciation for community, connection, and the beauty of everyday life. From a young age, I’ve always wanted to help people. I worked in healthcare for 17 years while completing my undergraduate degree in Psychology. During that time, I witnessed how patients were often healed physically but left struggling emotionally. That realization inspired me to pursue my Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy through Capella University, a COAMFTE-accredited program.
Family is at the core of who I am. As a husband and father of three, I understand the importance of strong relationships, meaningful support, and mental wellness in building a fulfilling life. That belief guides my work and my passion for helping individuals and families navigate the complexities of emotional health and personal growth.
Therapy isn’t just about talking—it’s about creating space for healing, reflection, and action. I offer proactive support by tailoring each session to your unique goals, experiences, and challenges. My approach is conversational yet purposeful, designed to help clients explore their thoughts and emotions while building tools for long-term growth. I work with individuals and families facing depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, relationship distress, and complex family dynamics. No matter where you’re starting from, I believe therapy can be a place to reconnect with your inner strength and move forward with confidence.
Working on yourself takes courage. It’s not always easy, but it’s always worth it. I feel honored to support my clients on their path to emotional health and a more fulfilling life. There’s no shame in asking for help—in fact, seeking support is one of the bravest steps you can take. My goal is to help you discover your potential, find peace in your journey, and move toward a healthier, happier future.
