Ephraim Hanks, Marriage & Family Therapist
About

Ephraim Hanks

Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist

I have a deep passion for helping others find happiness—both in their individual lives and in their relationships. Life can be difficult, and at times the challenges we face may feel overwhelming or even insurmountable. But I believe the seeds of growth, resilience, and wellness already exist within each of us. My role as a therapist is to help nurture that potential, offering hope, support, and guidance along the way.

For over 20 years, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals, couples, and families as they navigate life’s complexities and strive to become their best selves. My therapeutic approach is positive, engaging, and grounded in evidence-based models. I tailor each session to meet your unique needs and goals, working collaboratively to address a range of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, mood disorders, trauma, addiction, marriage and relationship challenges, and parent/child conflicts.

I aim to create a safe and supportive space where clients can build healthier coping mechanisms, improve communication, and develop a deeper understanding of themselves and their loved ones. I believe change is always possible—and that life can feel better than it does today.

If you’re ready to begin your journey toward emotional healing and more fulfilling relationships, I invite you to book an appointment. Let’s get started on your path to personal growth and lasting wellness.
