About

Madi Miller

Associate Clinical Mental Health Counselor

Grounded in a family systems perspective, I believe that healing often begins in our relationships—both with others and with ourselves. My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and rooted in empathy. I bring a friendly, down-to-earth presence to the counseling space and strive to create an environment where people feel genuinely safe to show up exactly as they are. I deeply value building authentic connections with each of my clients and consider it a privilege to walk alongside them in their growth.

I specialize in anxiety, relationship conflict, and self-esteem issues, and I enjoy working with both adults and teens. I’m especially passionate about helping people who come to therapy with openness and curiosity—not just for symptom relief, but for true personal growth, self-acceptance, and deeper confidence. I also love working with couples, helping partners navigate communication challenges and reconnect through the complexities of life and family dynamics.

My therapeutic style is a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and person-centered counseling. I tailor our work to your unique needs and strengths, exploring thought patterns, emotional responses, and behaviors that may be getting in the way of the life you want. Along the way, I offer practical tools, thoughtful insight, and compassionate support to help you foster lasting growth and well-being.

I hold a bachelor’s degree in Marriage and Family Studies and a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Outside of my counseling work, I enjoy spending time with my husband, our two children, and our dog. I also love unwinding with hobbies like embroidery, reading, and gaming.

My promise to you is simple: I’ll meet you with zero judgment and create a space where you feel free to be completely yourself. If you feel we might be a good fit, I’d love to connect—feel free to schedule a free 15-minute consultation. Let’s begin this journey together.
