Stephanie Victor
Associate Clinical Mental Health Counselor
I specialize in working with teens, young adults, and families who are struggling with mental and emotional health concerns. I am especially passionate about supporting individuals experiencing anxiety and depression as they work toward hope, balance, and meaningful change. I believe healing is most effective when care is compassionate, respectful, and aligned with a client’s values and faith.
My goal as a counselor is to provide a safe, supportive space where clients can explore life’s challenges while integrating emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. I have experience helping individuals navigate anxiety and depression, develop healthy coping skills, and strengthen resilience to improve their overall quality of life.
Alfred Adler defined empathy as “seeing with the eyes of another, hearing with the ears of another, and understanding with the heart of another.” Guided by this philosophy and grounded in faith-informed care when desired, I prioritize building a strong therapeutic relationship that fosters trust, healing, and sustainable change.
